Not had any experience of the building its self. But as far as bin collection is concerned and the help with rectifying it this is something to be desired. In the last month we have had our glass bottles collected nil times and our recycling ♻️ bin once. Seems the collecting staff don't like walking down the alley to collect

I have come in letting them know i am homeless they have placed me in a room since 10 am it is now 16.11 and i still havent been seen and the rudest worker ive ever met has come into the room i was placed in and had ago at me this is just out of order its nearly closing time and i dont know what to do, do they expect me to wander the streets again.
