Booked 4 taxis from the office into Manchester and none of them turned up. Rang to see where they were and they said they weren't sure what had gone wrong. Ended up getting Ubers. And taxis companies complain about Uber stealing business from them....

Eastlands cannot be trusted, me and my mum wanted a taxi they only turned up for foreign and black people, we waited nearly 3 hours for one but never turned up, all they say is they are busy. They only pick up people who pay more, it's a disgrace

I was stuck around etihad stadium on a work night out I’m not familiar with gates and cos I couldn’t find my driver he wasn’t happy . When I eventually found him he was rude and arrogant in the car with me then when he dropped me demanded he should have £10 tip as I only have him 60 pence tip Not using this company again
