Had seagrass storage box delivered quick but I think your problem is your delivery driver. He left this huge box on doorstep and refused to help me into hall with it I told him I'm 70 and have arthritis in my hands he said you have a dog who is 13 years old but I would put him away in another room. But no he got in his van and drove away. My neighbour called to him but he ignored her too. She had to help me get my package into my home. I suggest finding another another delivery company. Good job I was in as my package could have been stolen. I asked for his company name as it was a white van with no name on it but he wouldn't tell me.

Two kids plastic chairs arrived in a large plastic bag with a small hole in it, delivered by Royal Mail. When bag was opened one chair was minus a leg. Chairs should have been in a cardboard box.

Hia. Today I received my package.. Before I opened the box I noticed a rattle. Upon opening it, I discovered that the motion sensor had been dislodged. Please could you send me a replacement to reach me before Christmas and I will return the faulty goods tomorrow. I love the item and it's for my mum. Thankyou Kevin x
