Our holiday home rentals come fully equipped with modern amenities, such as a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, linens and towels, television and DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Is there a security deposit required? If so, how much?
Yes, we do require a security deposit for all holiday home rentals. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the size of the property, but typically ranges from £100 to £500. The deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure, provided there are no damages to the property.
Are there any restrictions on pets or smoking in the holiday home?
Yes, we have a strict no smoking policy in all of our holiday homes. As for pets, some of our properties do allow them, while others do not. Please check with us prior to booking if you plan on bringing a pet.
