Like the previous post, Highly recommend. Lucy helped me over the phone, very knowledgable with the Inov-8 product. I was after a new pair of running trainers which were not in stock on the web or shops in my size, this was due to the footwear being updated. As promised, as soon as they became available (actually earlier than informed) a pair was shipped out to me. Great to deal with a shop with good customer service. 5 stars!.
