*NYE 2020* - Ordered a delivery online. After 2 hours I called and they put the phone down on me twice. Drove to Eastern Spice and explained the situation. The curry was ready but they had run out of Keema Naan and the order was in limbo as they clearly didn't know what to do. Totally overwhelmed and chaos. My curry was cold when I returned home. No apology, ignored my emails. The best Indian in Cirencester for quality, taste and service is Sultan.
