The box was in a pretty bad state when we collected it and the lady handing it over said the horse before us gave it a pretty good beating. The previous renters had removed the breast bars and we couldn't find them and sadly didn't know about this until we were miles away and loading up a horse to bring home so our horse was put at risk. The heater was broken meaning we went from freezing cold to boiling hot and when we put the fan on it made such a racket that we wondered if we were damaging it further. This meant the vehicle was constantly steamed up and we had to make frequent stops to clear it. Although it was fairly clean when we collected, it had been hosed out just before we collected in the eveing which totally froze in the cold weather making it really dangerous the next morning. Luckily we had a chance to allow it to thaw out before we got to the other end. This company is also incredibly difficult to find and my advice is if you do find them in the light, then pin their location on your phone map as they're near impossible to find in the dark. Shame really as we were recommended this company and they just didn't live up to what we were told about them. Hopefully they were just having an off day with a box that needed a bit of TLC.
