Contacted them for a quote to change our existing stove and fireplace. They explained they were very busy and couldn't get to us until early December. That was fine . Gentleman turned up on the day and said a quote would be sent in next couple of days. It is nearly a month later and still no quote. I have gone elsewhere.

We were looking for a new contemporary glass fronted inset gas fire. Natasha was obviously very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were happy with the quoted price and timescale and work commenced. The work included adapting the chimney breast for us and Anton who performed all the work involved clearly knew his trade and was a Gas Safe accredited engineer too....a one stop shop at a family owned and run business really says it all. Peace of mind. As a result of our experience we decided shortly after to have a stove fitted in the dining room. The range on offer at the showroom was extensive and there was no sales pressure on us at any time. A bespoke mantel was chosen by us and made on the premises. Again the work was done to cost, time and quality and we would happily recommend Eastburn Fireplaces (Anton & Natasha) to anyone looking for a fireplace surround, fire or stove.
