Poor experience....would not purchase from again. Communication is terrible and customer service lacking. First item - I bid on was an autobid was £100. They stated the Hammer was £100. So two of us were bidding and they just went with the other bid. What's the point of autobid then? Thats not how auctions work. You bid to the highest bidder. My other item took months to arrive, and communication was just terrible. Never again.

As noted by several other buyers and I concur.... 1. Eastbourne Auctions Premium is a total rip-off, but baring in mind they also charge the seller as well this amounts to greed. Several years ago buyers never got charged a premium at all, yet now Eastbourne sting you for 30% extra on the hammer price 2. Not only do they charge a massive premium, they also rip you off for postage and packing. 3. Eastbourne Auctions don't like direct communication with their customers and they won't ever answer the telephone. In fact it's impossible to actually talk to anyone there. This is very very unhelpful. 4. Don't ever complain, they aren't interested at all and all the only thing that will happen is you will get banned from bidding there again. See other reviews to confirm this. 5. Customer Service doesn't exist at Eastbourne. My advice is take all the above into account if you ever bid with Eastbourne Auctions, or you'll get a very nasty shock on the hammer price once they have loaded all their extras. I used to bid quite a bit with them, I won't anymore.

Eastbourne Auctions, NOT a very nice company, the Lot description was inacurate , can't speak to them on the phone, emails are vague they also tried to charge twice for shipping and invoiced me for a lesser amount than I paid, I gave one Star for packing, BE WARNED...
