During this ‘Sharp freezing cold snap’ I had to call these Guys, had an emergency on my Boiler System. These Guys, although under enormous pressure from nearly everyone else who’s having ‘Boiler/Heating Problems’, literally went out of their way and came to see me within a few hours 😳😳 and did a totally professional job with…WITH…A smile on their faces - unique considering the pressure they are under !! Scott and his talented team have just finished installing a new ATAG combo-boiler and wow. We have gone from a very cold house that smelt cold to a very very warm house, in fact its overwhelmed us, we are not used to being cosy and warm. Scott was fantastic, worked extremely hard to get the work completed on time and hoovered and tidied on completion as well as removing the old tank, boiler and pipework and taking everything away. His handover was first class as he took time to explain everything and how to get the best from this very efficient system. Scott took the time to talk us through everything, and explain how to use the boiler. Tidied everything up and took away the old boiler and other bits.
