Dr Chantal was fantastic. Despite my nerves, I felt at ease very quickly after she talked me through the steps of the procedure, and she continued to do so throughout the tooth extraction. Due to her care, it was quick and almost completely painless. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Awful experience at this dentist. My mother was referred here after waiting 6 weeks for treatment. My mother is a 70 year old elderly woman with rheumatoid arthritis who doesnt speak a word of english. We were seen by Dr Chantal and I found her to be both rude and dismissive towards my mother. She displayed annoyance at my mothers small mistakes of standing too close to the xray machine/ not closing her mouth fully during the xray and failing to understand to move her face closer to the machine. She huffed several times and was incredibly impatient. She remarked at the beginning of the appointment that the treatment would take too long if my mother kept stopping and asking me for guidance whilst I acted as translator! Something which took a few seconds whilst my mother was getting herself ready in the chair to begin the oral examination. We certainly will not be returning here again. There was a complete lack of professionalism or even empathy. Im guessing all the positive reviews below are the ones from people who are proficient in english. I shudder to think of the experiences of those who arent. There are plenty of other great dentists who are patient and kind towards elderly people whose first language is not english and we will be going there next time.

The receptionists are always warm, welcoming and bubbly! The dentists on ever visit have prided themselves on being kind and informative on each step or procedure that has been needed. They have always been willing to answer and questions or concerns that I might have had. I’ve always had positive experience on every visit.
