Played the resorts courses early this month after a lot of rain and was totally amased that the course was fantastic. There were a few damp areas of the fairways as I was expecting but the greens and short grass areas were superb. The course was visually awesome and the greens were a challenge as I don't think there is a flat one The hotel accommodation was first class, with great views across the courses. Food was very tasty, breakfast added a great start to the day and the bar staff we very accommodating. Will definitely return

Looks good from a distance but not so good close up, course was in dreadful condition, it was like playing on a paddy field.I know we have had alot off rain recently but they seem adamant to keep the course open and expect you to play, the fairways and the greens hadn't been cut and were so wet you lost balls as soon as they landed. Obviously, due to the conditions, it was a slow round, people looking for balls I guess, but 6hrs for a round of golf is unheard-of. Then, after trudging round you think you're gonna come off the 18th and head for the 19th and a well deserved pint, but no, we where informed that the bar had shut 30mins ago, it was 7pm, there were still at least 10 groups behind us who where going to be disappointed 😞 .
