In lockdown I did a beginners BSL class over zoom. Marc our tutor was amazing! I learnt so much in such a short time and he kept the group engaged and made us all laugh with his jokes, particularly those about his cats. I highly recommend this class to everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service at first. I had washed my moulds but whe I put them back on they didn't work. I wasn't surprised they also couldn't get them to work. Then......... They gave me a phone number to call. How unsympathetic. Absolutely no empathy whatsoever. Nothing in life upsets me more then being asked to ring somewhere. To be asked to do so by a hearing organisation . PATHETIC. You wouldn't point directions at a blind man would you ?
