My experience with East Sussex Fire Ltd (system install to 3 floors August 2019) was more than positive - the company recommended by a large property portfolio developer. ESF delivered the specification outlined by the local council to ensure our system struck the balance between compliancy and cost, which was important to us as a private converted property to flats with third party leaseholders. The council were more than happy with the proposal. On site, Simon and his team worked through the challenges the building presented with no complaints. Communication was good from the outset and I feel this always helps if the specification/detail is clear ahead then everyone knows what to expect including the contractor. ESF are a friendly company that does a good job at a competitive price - it's a no brainer.

BEWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY. BE VERY SURE TO COMPARE THEIR QUOTE WITH A FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT AS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW WHAT IS REQUIRED TO PASS A COUNCIL FIRE SAFETY VISIT. GET THE COUNCIL VISIT DONE BEFORE PAYING THEM.NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR US.
