From the moment I stepped foot into the facility, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff member were friendly, professional, and eager to assist. The state-of-the-art bowling lanes at East Street Lanes are truly remarkable. The ambiance was lively, with fantastic music playing in the background and well-designed lighting that enhanced the overall atmosphere. The spacious seating areas allowed for comfortable socialising between each lanes, and the selection of delicious food and drinks from the onsite restaurant was delightful addition to our experience. What impressed the the most about my visit was Alisha and her team, commitment to provide warm and & excellence experience to each visitor. In conclusion, I highly recommend East Street Lanes to anyone seeking an exceptional evening out with family and friends. Had my sons 8th birthday party yesterday morning and the team Alisha and Gang were fantastic! Everyone was happy and patient and went above and beyond for our party. We never felt rushed thorough out the whole party. 12 kids who wanted milkshakes and sweety lemonades - nothing was too much for the staff. Quality of party food 10/10 - stone baked pizzas and skin on fries which was brought out hot and fresh by staff and the chef themselves. We paid for the package that party favours were provided by East Street and each child was thoroughly impressed. All the children loved playing on the arcades too and everything was working so just added extra fun and excitement! Keep up the good work and thank you so much for helping making our sons birthday weekend perfect!

We had our sons 7th Birthday here yesterday and the service was amazing. No request was too much for the staff and the pizzas were delicious. They literally took most the stress off us of organising a party. Lovely venue and clean. All the staff were so helpful and friendly but special shout out to Alisha and Ben who went over and above. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this place for a bowling party.
