I had a lovely back massage session with Richie ( hope I am spelling correctly). She mentioned she joined a month ago so quite new but her service was impeccable. She was polite, professional and her hands were magical. I felt quite relaxed and refreshed pot my session. Thank you! One star less just for the sauna room- it had a bit of smell.

Very relaxing experience From the beginning to end. Renée was exceptional. She made me feel welcome and was super helpful when I asked few questions and also allowed to stay a little longer than 2 hours. She also allowed me to use a spare room to dry my long hair as the hair dryer in the changing room was not functioning properly. The facilities were clean and sauna and steam room were super hot. I had the luck to have them all to myself for about 45 minutes which was a real treat. The relaxation room was lovely with hot stones beds where you can chill and relax looking at the riverside and Millennium Dome. Definitely recommended

The place was clean and comfortable, the spa service and facility were great, the restaurant Scoff & Banter served amazing food. I would highly recommend it. The only issue was that they are understaffed for the spa service. I booked it for a deep-tissue massage, but then they said they had no therapist available and so booked me for the aroma massage. They also couldn't book me and my partner for the same time due to the same reason. On the day of the appointment, they said they ran out of the aroma oil so could only offer a Swedish massage. It was quite disappointing as the value and experience are different for different types of massages and I generally prefer a deep-tissue massage. However, thanks to the therapist who actually did a satisfactory job. She is friendly and professional. I do feel for her working on her own, doing the reception, housekeeping, and massage. Well done to her.

I literally will give this SPA no stars! It was the worst experience I took my bf there for his birthday and booked us both massage and they said they never had our bookings, firstly they said there were no masseuse available today and they had booked 1 person for reception as cover, to our surprise we were also told we cannot have the massage together and have to have separate times. We then were greeted by a very rude man who was apparently the security which told us there was nothing he can do and when I asked to speak to manager he said nobody was available, in the end we had a massage separately after 3 hours, and the lady who done the massage was also complaining about the spa and she would ask her company to never send her there again as she was from an agency lol, don't waste your time or money!
