Overpriced products, staff were happy to allow long queues at the tobacco counter whilst they chat amongst themselves about non work matters and then send you elsewhere as they couldn't be bothered to print a EVRI label at the desk.. then stand and watch you.. whilst chatting still whilst you wait for staff for 5 minutes at the self checkout for ID verification to the extent you abandon your transaction and go back to them to prove a point.

Not very good choice of items and what they do have is a lot more expensive than other shops. The staff are not particularly friendly either. The travel agent inside, however, is excellent. Very helpful and patient staff.
