They are rude, dismissive and judgemental. They threaten and intimidate and emotionally abuse vulnerable people (myself). They purposely endanger my life by purposely making dangerous decisions. They are a danger to vulnerable people. They also make false allegations and lie to cover up what they have done wrong. They never take any responsibility for their actions and decisions. It's no wander they were found guilty of causing the death of someone earlier on this year. They have most probably been responsible for a lot more deaths that they have not been held accountable for.

I want to thank the team that attended to me on Sunday 26th August I had a fall at home From the moment I called 999, they seemed to arrive within minutes. They were great and I thank them sincerely. We are so quick to criticise if only people would stop and think how hard it is for staff working under the conditions they do and the expectations that people have.
