I was seriously ill with breathing difficulty. We called the 111service on 1st August, who were kind. Ambulance arrived later that night, the crew were Harry Turner and Usman Mugal Callsign 940. They were so helpful, a credit to the NHS. They carried out tests and reassurred me and made me comfortable. I was then taken to the A&E at Stoke Mandeville. They couldn't have been more helpful. On the 25th November 2020 I suffered a TIA at home, my wife called 999 and was treated by the operator with respect and true professionalism. The ambulance arrived within 10 minutes of the call, Dave and the lady paramedic (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) arrived full of confidence and professionalism. After a lot of attention and tests I was taken to the ambulance and whisked off to Watfotd General blues and twos all the way. I thank both these paramedics for treating both me and my wife Jacky for the respect and courtesy they gave. Thank you both for being there. XXX ALAN
