Not the largest or "poshest" store, but this was breath of fresh air compared to most other places I've been to. The staff are knowledgeable (seriously, what little they don't know about bikes, they'll find it for you) and helpful (Cheers Terry 😄) The prices and quality of their stock is extremely reasonable. Pop down and compare what they're doing bikes at dealers. I look forward to coming here for future servicing and purchases

Large selection of quality bikes (2 floors) and the 2 blokes in there are very friendly not pushy at all. I bought a #fireblade without test riding, I was that sure of the quality. Well worth visiting if you're after a quality sports bike.

Brought a VTX 1300 off them last year and the experience was excellent! The guys there don't pressure you in to a sale and let you look around without a constant bombardment, which for me, is a welcome change compared to most dealers. When I decided on the bike, they made sure everything was ready to go service wise, and were happy to remove the alarm system the previous owner installed. Picked up on the designated time and day without a hitch. Only issue I had in the entire process, was there weren't any keys provided to lock the panniers (not the fault of the dealer), and even after I'd purchased the bike, I received a call to check if I was happy with everything, and when I mentioned this key issue they moved heaven and earth to get in touch with the previous owner to see if he'd had keys for the panniers (which he didn't). All in all, excellent service!

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received from the guys at EMS. The were very patient and helpful and from the very start with no pressure. I purchased a Honda CBR 1000 RR from them which looked fantastic from the pictures, they were kind enough to send me a video (circa 3 minutes) so that could really see the condition. Which was exactly as the photographs showed and matched the description For me this was a distant purchase (Bromley,Kent - Derby) I asked a lot of questions to avoid wasting time due to the distance but they were always understanding of my queries and were always helpful. We set out and agreed principles regarding my part exchange, which they stuck to once I arrived to collect the new one. They we also kind enough to accommodate my request for Datatool to install an alarm and tracker at their premises so that it was completely ready once I collected it. (Obviously at my own cost) The bike was supplied to me with a new MOT and had just been serviced. I was pleasantly surprised that once I arrived to collect it, they had replaced the front folk seals and also the front disks as they felt like they may have been needed soon. I think that this says a lot about their focus on customer experience and satisfaction because they could have probably let it got and I would have been none the wiser and would have been my problem/cost later on with what would be regarded as wear and tear items. The bike is in fantastic condition as is all the bikes in their showroom. I would definitely recommend them to others and would also use them as the first option for another bike (if my wife were to allow it)

Great experience. These guys are true to their word. They went above and beyond to make sure the bike I bought from them arrived bang on time, valeted and in perfect working order. All at a very reasonable price. I had visited lots of super bike stores to find my dream bike but it was these guys who nailed it first time. Thanks again East Midland Superbikes.
