David has been incredibly well supportive in organising an efficient hot tub repair and annual service. Components were checked and the heater was changed and mother board also and the hot tub was brought to a good working standard. David also took time to send me a comprehensive instructions to assist me in maintenance and running of the hot tub. He also out sourced the best prices for parts.

What an excellent experience I have had with this company. After being messed around by another local company with a hot tub relocation I rang East Midlands Spas. David was knowledgeable, he informed me of questions that I needed to ask the people I was getting the tub off and gave me lots of useful information I needed for the siting of the tub at my house. David even took their phone number and called them on my behalf. David promised to move the tub for me in a few days which was perfect. Even though David and John were very busy, David kept to his word and moved it on time. The location of the tub at my house was not straight forward, however David and John came up with a solution to resolve the problem I had. David has gone over and above to support me with other information that I needed about the tub, information for the electrics and items that I need for the tub. David took the reigns and made the whole relocation smooth and stress free for me. I would 100% recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

I haven't actually bought anything from East Midlands Spas as I was looking for a sand pump which no one has available at the moment due to Covid. These guys have been so helpful even though they knew they wouldn't make a sale. The advice they gave me regarding my pool issues was so helpful and went out of their way to help.
