No ambulance available for at least 2 and a half hours. Unacceptable for anyone but especially a 14 year old. Seems this service like the nhs is broken.

If I could take stars away I would! Always had upmost respect for ema's but after having to call ambulance for my autistic child recently I have lost all respect & confidence in them.. 1 question they asked me was 'what do you want us to do?' Help my child that is in immense pain I answered.. only to be told that I need to lower my expectations! Hmmm 🤔🤔🤔

Fantastic people doing a vital job, there is no way I would have been able to afford to hospital at the prices taxis charge and I can't travel by public transport.

Solo paramedic in a car arrived so quickly. Tristan - a lovely chap. Charged us £1.50 every time we apologised. So thorough and smiley. He called an ambulance with three other paramedics, all brilliant. Transfer to A&E which was also excellent. Wonderful service. There are worse countries to live in. There are worse countries. Thank you all.
