I flew in from France last week and back home yesterday and it's the best UK airport I have used. On arrival it took 20 mins from the plane landing to my arrival at the long stay carpark 2 and I had a large case to collect........amazing! All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of shops and cafés and not heaving with people. The bonus was not having to pay for pick up due to the free hour in long stay car park 2, I spent plenty in the building so nice not to feel fleeced. Thanks to all staff.

Security queue was ridiculous. Took baby milk to one side had to leave it or we would have missed the flight Waiting over 30minutes to drop off baby seat at oversized baggage. queue to check in baggage was a mile long.Turned up at airport 2 1/2 hours before flight and almost missed plane.

£5 for 15 minutes rapid drop off area !! Takes longer to queue for ticket machine payment on the way out than amount of time in the drop off zone! After dropping off this morning I am able to say this is the easiest airport for getting in and out quickly and on way home to bed at early hour in morning! Back next week to pick up the mob but the fuel station on the roundabout just outside the payment area is where I will be hanging about and the holiday mob will have to walk a little bit

Its easy to get to EMA closer where I live. Leaving my car one of the designated parking. Then there is a bus who take us to the airport. It was quick check in. Everything goes smoothly. No problems with our flights.
