After struggling with a very painful neck for weeks, with the pain also radiating down into one arm, constant pins and needles in my hand and numerous calls to the doctors, painkillers and a trip to A and E , i decided to give accupuncture a go not really knowing what to expect, it was the best decision for me, after just two sessions with Mary my pain went and so did my pins and needles! I found Mary to be very proffesional, kind, likeable and so knowledgeable, i feel completely safe and confident in her hands, ive also found after an accupuncture session, i feel less stressed and i sleep so much better. Mary explains everything very thoroughly step by step and has given me exercises to do at home and lots of helpful tips. I am so thankful to Mary and her skills and would highly recommend to anyone. I am glad I have found Mary for my teenage daughter KT. I needed someone with a wealth of acupuncture knowledge and more importantly someone who understands children (needles and children can be problems, that’s the reason it was so important for me to find the right person!) Mary helps my KT both physically and emotionally. KT’s anxiety has improved so much she is more confident, more relaxed and focussing well with her school work. KT has great trust in Mary. I suffer from neck pain, Mary put a few needles in me and, trust me, those needles were powerful! Pain relief was instant and my head was clear! Mary not only looked after my KT, she looked after us as a whole family and we are grateful!

My wife was advised accupuncture treatment by her doctor for her PCOS. We found East meets west accupuncture and met Marry. She listened carefully and then suggested lots of things from food to daily habits. Then she has performed accupunture first time. Those things really did wonder and we could see positve effect of those after few sessions. Mary really cares about her clients, very honest and dedicated in her work and brings lots of postive enery during the session. She has real in-depth knowledge of accpuncture and has lots of medical experience. We could really see all the benefits brought by accupunutre sessions.
