My children have swimming lessons here and the showers are so cold that most kids cry or refuse to shower. For Healthy and safety reasons please do sort this out. I spoke with the deputy manager and he said only 4 showers work. This is a very busy gym and having only 3 or 4 working warm water is not good. My husband and another family complained in winter and they got the same response. Better gym this by far is not acceptable we are paying each month for both shower services especially before getting in the gym for hygiene reasons. Not a very happy customer before I take my business somewhere else.

Proper average gym. Its pretty small and equipment is getting old. Cardio equipment ia often wobbly or not working. Should put more equipment in the studio area. Hardly see anyone using classes so would be better for more gym space. Have to pay for the full centre too. Cant just pay cheaper monthly membership for just gym. Havent used the pool. Always looks busy when i go. Annoyingly this is my closest gym. Would prefer puregym.

My child take swimming lessons here. The female instructors have been brilliant with him. The male instructor on the other hand shows no empathy towards children and takes a military style approach to his lessons. If your child does not listen to what is being said, they are singled out and shamed in front of all children. I can understand if they were being disruptive, but this was for not listening to an instruction to move to an empty space. His methods of teaching needs to be reviewed because all you need to do is go up to the child and tell them, not just order them to step out of the line and sit in front of everyone else to be shamed. If I want this military treatment, I would have sent my child to the army. I would also like to point out this is the same instructor that pushed my son into the pool when he didn't want to jump in. Any instructor know you should never do this to a child. So what was the consequence of this? Yes you guessed it, he had a phobia of going into a pool and refused to go swimming. It took us months to make him overcome this phobia by going into a pool with him in our spare time before we decided to take lessons again. Obviously, only if this male instructor was not teaching. Unfortunately my son has this same instructor again after moving up to his group from beginners and it will be the last with him. He clearly does not know how to treat children and shouldn't be teaching children at all.
