Lucy has been my colourist for over 5 years, I don’t dare go anywhere else. She has continually worked hair magic, from my ruining of box dyes over the years. I couldn’t be more grateful to have a hairdresser that clearly takes great pride and passion in the job she undertakes. I always leave my appointments with Lucy feeling overwhelmed with surprise that she has once again surpassed my expectations. The aftercare is also a huge part of the service, I never feel uncomfortable messaging Lucy to ask anything hair related and she always gives a response that helps me make a choice and advises me of products that would work best for my hair. Even when I’m due to have a cut and colour my hair still looks fresh and feels healthy, and I know this is down to Lucy using the best products during the appointment and advising me the best products to maintain the level until our next appointment. Really glad to have such a great hairdresser!
