Had to contact the company last Saturday for emergency repairs. Even though it was Eid festival they turned up did the emergency repairs and ordered me new parts on Monday as manufacturers were closed over the weekend. Parts arrived on Wednesday and they came the same day and carried out work and changed the panels and locks and handles. Staff very friendly and helpful and always smiling. I was really amazed how I quick I got the response and they carried out my repair works. I would highly recommend everyone to use it in the future.
