    Customer service is non-existent. Trying to speak to them for months now. Email doesn't work, when contact form is submitted I always get blank page, have spent hours on hold on the phone for months and didn't achieve to speak to an agent, used the call back function numerous times and they have never called back so far. I will move legally as I think that they are deliberately been avoiding customers.

Worst customer service- nonexistent actually - make up all kinds of charges while running ridiculous profits, no supervision or oversight and run a monopoly district heating scheme that you can't get out of. Disgusting that this is allowed to operate in the UK.

    This company is an absolute scam. Our heating system in not on for over 6 months now, they do not respond to emails as I requested maintenance records from them. Now I am taking a legal action.

    This company are appalling, they have sent me a letter confirming zero balance left as I moved out a month ago and are now still charging the online account. I have closed my account and had confirmation. Their customer service is appalling. I tried to phone them about it multiple times. they just don’t pick up the phone. Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers.

    No response to phonecalls, emails or their online contact form. Took 15 months to get me set up on their system, and now I discover they have don't have any payment systems set up to pay my fuel invoices? There's no way to pay them online or over the phone. Tried sending them money directly from my banking app, which flagged them as a scam. I think I agree. I don't understand how this is a business. Worth moving to a different part of London to avoid this company.
