Went for my first private lesson today after a 9 year break from Horses. Nice friendly and clean yard that looked well geared up for adults and children . The horses look happy and well cared for. Lovely touch with the cafe so my hubby could get a coffee while he watched. My instructor, Betty, was absolutely lovely and very encouraging. She asked about my experience, and what I wanted to achieve. I was given a lovely cob to ride and throughly enjoyed my lesson- by the end I was cantering around the school! From my own experience today , I look forward to returning and would definitely recommend to others.

Really enjoyed East Lodge, I took my 19 month old and 6 year old for Halloween. We ventured a bit further afield as all of our local farms have increased their prices massively! It's a small farm which at least meant we got to see all the animals 👍🏻 The play areas are lovely and it was so refreshing that it wasn't overrun so we actually had space to ourselves ..the Halloween activities were included in entry which is brilliant. The event signage was a bit worse for wear due to the rain but I'm sure they're improving things all the time.. We'll definitely be back, great place to meet up with family, good value for money and perfect for little ones! 🚜
