Avoid, avoid avoid. Ordered a carpet in January, after multiple emails (non of which ever get replied to) and numerous phone calls, no information was provided about my missing order. I eventually cancelled the order on 19th April. The worst customer service I have experienced for quite a while.

Purchased some parts off ebay which took 2 days to arrive then purchased some from the shop which after 2 weeks they hadn't even started to make (basic trim in fill set)! Drive to the shop for them to make it up in front of me but I didn't need one of them so was told I'd get a refund for that and postage which I never did. Pointless company to email or call as they just don't reply, was told to email but heard nothing back.

Was recommended to here from a car group. Money out for rear windshield trim on 17th of January and never received unfortunately. Tried to email but no response, wonder if there is some system issue as got no email related to purchase? Had to order elsewhere as can't have the window off for too long.

Absolute joke. Spent some decent money with these over the years. Placed an order about 2 months ago that took 2 weeks to get delivered. Stuff happens I know, so I placed another over a week ago for a standard stock item. It still hasn't been dispatched yet! They have my money!!! Sent emails, no reply. Made 7 phone calls no answer. What's going on with their service? Seems this long standing company is on the decline. :(

I have used East Kent for my trim right back to the early 90's. I used them recently for some Cortina window seals. They were poor quality with some obvious manufacturing defects on the felt to rubber surface. I tried to contact them via their e-mail for months about the faults, and got no reply at all. What has happened to this company, they used to be so reliable !. Just buy elsewhere in the future, this company is doomed. Further to this review I got a response from someone at East Kent. You can see the response below. They promised to send me new seals. As yet after more than a month I have not received any new seals and they are not replying to my messages. A complete waste of time. Get your car trim and seals from somewhere else.
