Pretty nice park. There are a lot of flies in the summer, literally swarms of it when the lake has a low tide. Beautiful view though of the O2.

Dirty, small, loud, and noisy, East India Dock Basin is a place you want to walkthrough on the way somewhere, not a place you want to actually visit and spend time in. There's a couple benches and a few information signs about the dock and birds you'll never see. If you're lucky the dock will even have water in and not be full of silt. Closes at 17:30, so useless if you have a full time job, I suppose, enjoy walking on the busy road instead of the park.
