Terrible , I'm afraid too many wannabe cyclists along the tow path have no bells to allow ordinary walkers to pass safely, e scooters are also a real nuisance too!, It's called a shared foot path for a reason, NOT a tour de France cycle race!! The river waterway board, Kent county council Or which authority have the right to get a grip on these menaces! Once and for all, there rant done🚲🛴🚓
