Have contacted a number of times, been advised they would attend in various forms "later in the week" or some other vague timeline. Never actually shown or booked in as I would expect from a professional company. Hate to leave bad reviews for other local businesses, especially given how difficult things have and continuento be for us all, but the level of professionalism or even common courtesy has been extremely disappointing and caused us real issues. Unfortunately won't be using in future.
