I went with this company as it had good reviews, but from my experience I can’t see how they got them as they not reliable, took ages to get back to me after insisting on the call out fee being paid up front, which I didn’t mind paying for a good service. After coming to having a look, took well over week to get back to to me and was only after me chasing them via email as every time I rang it was voicemail and when they rang back they rang back on a withheld number. Finely came round took pictures, then a few weeks went by and more casing. I got a call saying. It could be a couple of things Quoted a high price on something it might not be. Was told to leave it with them do some more investigating. No one came round and no one got in contact. This went on for nearly 3 months. I got a little bit fed up with all the chasing so I got somebody else in and they found a fault within half an hour and I didn’t have to pay a callout fee. Just for the work that had been done and part for less The original callout fee that I paid to this company. I did email this company to let them know that the problem had been sorted and they didn’t even have the courtesy to answer my email!

Fantastic hassle free service and advice. We looked at hot tubs in b&q that were way more expensive for less spec! The free delivery was really slic as was the installation. The team had contact for a crane company locally and it was all taken care off in about 2hrs on the day. Tub is fantastic, easy to use and maintain and very economical to run. So.glad I found this team

We brought the Makalu spa from Gareth in June and it was delivered in August due to COVID hold ups. Gareth kept us informed every step of the way. We ordered direct from the website we never saw the tub or any tub come to that until it arrived. It was delivered and installed professionally and politely. We could not be happier and are absolutely loving it, it is used almost every day and sometimes twice a day. My husband says he’s sleeping better and I love destressing after a day at work. The teenager gets in and talks out her problems of the day with us, for that alone its worth every penny. We mostly use it at night, its our luxury item, our own little oasis of calm looking up at the stars. I cannot recommend it enough or think of a better way to spend a modest amount of money on a product that properly maintained will bring many years of happiness.
