Very rude service altitudes and impatient. The service is expensive and the new key even has many scratches. He played dumb when I asked why the new key already has scratch marks. I would never use this service ever again, seems very unreliable.

Unbelievably rude and couldn't have given a toss. Found it very bizarre as I was trying to go to a local business instead of just buying on Amazon. Do not bother. Would not recommend, will not support in future. - And just so you don't think this is a fake review - East Central Lock and safe opposite urban fitness on hooper street is who I am talking about.

I got locked out of my house, I went in to this locksmith which is right on my street at approx 15:00 in the afternoon. The locksmith was just about to go home, he was patronising and rude simply because he wanted to head home rather than help. Rather than trying to assist, he shooed me away for asking how long picking a lock would take. Just because you're knackered doesn't mean you can be horrifically rude to people who are willing to pay you money for your service. I will never recommend or use him in future.
