It has an amazing atmosphere and has a competition where the kids compete to get team points (you get team points if you behave and work hard) you stay in your teams as long as you are in the school. You get certificates every time you reach 50 team points. At the end of the year the team with the most points get a reward... a day on inflatables, a day relaxing. It makes the kids try hard and work. The teachers are super supportive and have fun with the kids. But if the kids misbehave they get a consequence. At the end of the week the kids get 30mins to play, chat and relax but every consequence takes 2 mins off that time. This also makes the kids behave.
