Very friendly staff and is local to where I live. I'm never kept waiting for too long. Highly recommend to anyone. And the vet makes a little fuss of pebbles before he/she examines her. Its a shame that im having to move house to another county. Ive been with this vet 8 years for pebbles and ive been very happy with easipetcare in chatham. They always make pebbles welcome when they know she is nervous cat. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Lovely vets and really great value for money. The puppy pack was excellent £45 for the injections, microchip included. Worming tablet included, flea treatment included. And a great vet who really praised my puppy Bam Bam for being a good boy.

I've been customer for 7 years but in last year customer service experience is become dreadful. I've been calling in for 8 consecutive days to get my kittens booked in for vaccinations and all I'm hearing we can't do it now because we are short of staff. When I did come in clinic for vaccinations of my other cats this year I had to wait over 1 hour to be seen and another hour to get cats Flea and worming treatment. And pay. Staff is actually very young and are complaining in too busy hours and bad working conditions appart of fact not being even able to carry forward health check. I would definitely recommend to everyone to stay away from this clinic.

Didn’t have a clue that my dog had developed sepsis and sent him home with antibiotics knowing he wasn’t eating so he wouldn’t take them, died 2 days later having not been treated properly straight away. Could have been prevented had he been put on a drip with the correct antibiotic

I took my dog in for x-rays on a Monday for an on-going hip problem. I was told the results would be back in 2-3 days On Friday, I called for an update and was told nothing had come in. Called again on the Monday and still nothing so was told the vet would chase it up. Calling everyday, nothing and told the same, the get would chase it up and get back to me. After two weeks of this, being told the same each time without a single call, i asked for a full refund but only got a compensation payment. This service was abysmal and I’ll be taking my dog to another vet in future as I’ve lost all trust in Easipetcare

Price Hike !! Sadly I have had to have 2 elderly cats put down at this vets in the last 2 weeks. They have been compassionate and the process was easy, but the price went from £173 to £222 in the space of 2 weeks ! When I questioned this I was told that they had put their prices up but they did not explain this to me before and £60 seems a lot to put up your prices by in 2 weeks . I will not use them again.

Absolutely disgusting meant to be seen by a vet as an emergency and left in the waiting room for 2 hours to be told I wasn't even on a list to be seen ! After calling in the morning in tears explaining how much pain my dogs in to then be left in the waiting room for two hours ! Absolutely no consideration for my dog or how uncomfortable and in pain she is. Receptionist was very apologetic but it doesn't change the fact that my dog has been left laying in pain on the dirty scummy floor for 2 hours !
