Great Karate club whether you want self defence training or fitness training. It's a traditional karate club, I've been going for years, couldn't recomend highly enough. Good for families, children or just people who want to learn a traditional Japanese martial art.

Grahame delivered a fabulous self defence class for a group of mothers and daughters at the centre. The 4 hour course covered practical advice and hands on tactics. It was realistic, informative and delivered in an enthusiastic and engaging manner.
