Used EASI-Lift in May 2016 and was very pleased. Called for help today and was SHOCKED AND ABUSED by the engineer who called back. The lady who first answered was helpful and the call back was quick. Then for the SHOCKING TREATMENT and VERBAL ABUSE I RECEIVED. The engineer would NOT LISTEN, DISMISSED the written warranty without even offering to look at door. OVERTALKED me every time I tried to speak and told me that I as a customer was WRONG. I would leave less than one star but 1 is the minimum. I even tried to call back to apologise. GOOD LUCK if you try the 01284 number. THE MOST APALLING EXPERIENCE AND TREATMENT EVER.
