When I first rang the company I didnot get an answer. So I was about to ring the next clinic on my list and to my surprise Earwax Specialist rang me back. I spoke to a lovely young lady. I had an appt to suit me on January 31st for both ears. I was meet by Mr Khizar who was also pleasantly welcoming. I have never had microsuction before, but Mr Khizar explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Within 20mins I could hear again. It was a pain-free experience. Thank you so much.

I booked in for both ears and i was amazed at the results i recieved. As soon as i arrived i was explained whats going to happen and if ive ever had ear wax removal done before. The whole procedure was painless. my appointment was with Mr Khizar i would highly recommend anyone to book in with him as he dealt with the issue professionally and i can hear very clearly. 👍🏽

Exceptional service, I was very nervous having previously had a bad experience with the micro suction procedure. Straight away Adam listened to me and made me feel at ease and explained the procedure and answered any questions I had. He took his time which made me relaxed and calmed me down a bit while he worked on my ear. I went back for another appointment at no extra cost to get the remaining bit of wax removed which was quite deep in my ear.
