    Bought a gorgeous multi stone ring... ONE YEAR LATER something got under a stone (?) and it looked yucky. Well they took it back, changed the stone and sent it back to me. This is the most exquisite customer service I've ever experienced. Oh and did I mention I'm in Canada? (Edited for typos)
