Paul at Earthexit is a very caring man,I have actually given Him the name Angel also Saint too as my 80 year old Dad is very demanding indeed! Paul is lovely ,so patient. He has an eye for detail and will take the time to explain everything in full to You :) that is if you want to know everything... prices are very competitive too. Will recommend to friends and family

Had my drive tarmaced by Earthexit April 2017. It looked lovely really pleased then July 2017 came and the black stones started breaking out of the bitumen. Started with just about 2 inches on the edge now June 2018 and the whole driveway seems to be deteriorating. Rang Paul Martin and he eventually came out and had a look. They turned up about 3pm on 30th April unannounced to try to repair the 2 inches that was originally reported. By this time the driveway was pretty poor. When they did the repair in was totally inadequate and they stained my pavers with bitumen. They were only at my property for 20 minutes. I rang Mr Martin immediately and told him I was not happy and he said he would get on to the tarmac supplier to see if they had other bad batches that day. My husband called him recently and made an appointment on a Saturday, but he didn't turn up. Since then we have not heard off him. We have asked for a refund or the drive done again but although we have put things in writing he has not contacted us since. I would never recommend Earthexit to anyone.

Neighbour had their drive done by these, and it was a complete nightmare for us. They hit a gas pipe and never warned of the danger. They damaged and removed bushes from my border, left marks on my block paving, put temp concrete on my property to prop up their footings, tied caution tape to my tree and left it there when left, consistently trespassed on my property to work and left items, including next doors Virgin cable. And yes I agree with other postings in that when confronted it was excuse after excuse, rude and arrogant. I have pictures to prove it. They don't want to know and have ignored my mails. They appear to have a residential address as the business address and I can't see any proper business premises. Looking on Companies House to find a director to write to, it shows everyone other than Mr Martin has resigned.i can't see they belong to any trade association. I would certainly not recommend these people.

Absolutely awful.did my drive last year.several patches of weeds growing through.after contacting the company several times .Mr Martin did eventually agree to come and look at it!Following this he dug up a small amount of the drive and patched it.It looks awful but worse than that the weeds again grew through.Mr Martin ignored several calls,when he finally answered he tried to tell me that the wind had blown the seeds from next door and it wasn't his fault,when I pointed out that there was no other weeds in the street again he said it was the wind.so now I know the wind does not like me.I obtained a second opinion from a very well known company who stated that the weed definitely had not grown from a seed but from below and he even contacted Mr Martin and offered him some advice of how to solve the issue but he still would not agree with the information.He did agree to come and see me on Friday 29th July but failed to turn up.However he obviously was waiting for me to leave the house because on coming back he had trespassed on my property to remove his sign (which was directly next to the offending weeds).I would not of even given this one star but to write a review and try to warn people not to use this company I had to. My neighbour had Earthexit to resurface a drive way and to be fair they did a descent job , problem I have is he has tried to contact them about one or two patches that seems to be breaking up after about six months , he has phoned , left messages etc but to no avail I wonder if this is their customer service or just the fact he is over 80 years old
