I am absolutely thrilled with my newly renovated back garden. The view from inside the house is transformed and it is such a pleasure to go out every day to see the changes as all the plants develop and grow. Paul and the team were excellent to deal with, professional and friendly and right from the start when Paul came to discuss my initial ideas he always responded when he said he would so that I knew what to expect. Paul met with us in the early summer carefully listening to our aspirations for what was a bland mainly turfed garden with some poor quality shrubs and no trees. In particular to create a pond and other wildlife habitats as well as to add screening in certain parts of the garden. We absolutely loved his design with its curved shapes and wildflower turf ; his thoughts on where the pond should be sited and his choices of trees; shrubs and plants. Once we signed off the design he kept in touch about likely timescales and likely duration. When the work started we had daily progress reports and he and his team were polite and respectful throughout. Miles one of his team members undertook a lot of the work and I was so impressed with how hard he worked and his polite and professional attitude. Nothing was too much trouble ie they replanted tulip bulbs for me and shortly after the work was completed returned to check on the trees/ shrubs following the heavy rain and winds which gave me peace of mind. The work was finished within the timescale states and the site was left immaculate Ie they power-washed the drive ; decking; paving etc I would thoroughly recommend them and am so glad we trusted them with our garden as they have truly enhanced it and made our aspiration a reality. EarthCare Gardens did a fantastic job landscaping our garden. They listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and allowed us to make informed decisions, but also used their creative vision to select the plants and flowers to create everything that we were hoping for. Paul, Miles and Angus were all so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and got the job done to a very high standard. They were clean, on time, polite and reliable. If they came across any materials such stone slabs or flintstones or logs that could be reused and turned into a feature, they did exactly that. We loved this as nothing of good quality was wasted. This meant more of our budget could go towards choosing the most beautiful trees, plants and flowers. When they finished up, they gave us a few tips on how best to care for the garden to maximise all the work they had done. We couldn't have asked for more. Redesign of garden completed September 2020. This included levelling and grading the garden, building decking, laying artificial grass, erecting rear fence, new shed and archway to separate garden, also relocating some plants. So lots of sand and soil barrowed from driveway round to back garden. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with it. I love the decking and artificial grass as very easy to care for and keep looking good. Photos show before (Sept 2020), after and 1 year later (October 2021). The garden was to have been done in March 2020 but then lockdown1 happened so the job was postponed indefinitely. Paul kept me informed and, once it was possible to restart outdoor work, he scheduled the work to suit me. Took a little longer than planned because we added a few jobs and my neighbour liked their work so arranged to replace their fence-line joining my property. Very high standard of work. Flexible. Good suggestions offered and willing to make my ideas work. I highly recommend them. p.s. for some unknown reason, the review only offers "irrigation system repair/maintenance" as service provided but this is not correct - it was a garden re-design without irrigation. They were reliable, turned up on time and left everything tidy. Miles did a fab job of both the hard and soft landscaping. Both Paul and Miles were lovely and friendly, and it was a pleasure to have them transform our garden! We are absolutely delighted with it!

Paul and his team did a complete overhaul of our garden, clearing existing decking and shed and creating new patio, sheds, lawn and borders. All this with no side access! We're absolutely thrilled with our new garden and the attention to detail that everything was given. Paul and his team were so friendly and helpful and took great care to look after the house when they had to carry things through.
