I have enjoyed taking part in one of Lucy' s local yoga classes for a number of years. When I experienced back problems due to work and anxiety I was able to access the Somatics exercises on line to practice at home and Lucy worked wonders when giving me a few back massages. This has been key in maintaining movement and improving my emotional balance. Dave's on line Mindfulness meditations and local Sound baths have provided time and space to slow down and relax.
