Every member of staff is professional yet can enjoy a nice chat with you and have a laugh, making any situation go from nervous to comfortable that you feel able to really open up to them. The minute I walked in I felt judged by the staff at the front desk. One lady at the desk started laughing at a destressed girl behind her back. The staff communicated with me with a rude attitude and acting like I was stuipd. Staff in a sexual health clinic should be kind and supportive. I am very disappointed and won’t be returning.
