FAQ

How do you ensure the health and well-being of the pets in your adoption program?

We have a team of trained veterinarians who provide medical care to all pets in our adoption program. We also ensure that all pets are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped before they are adopted. We have strict guidelines for the care and treatment of animals, and we conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that these guidelines are being followed.

What is the adoption process?

Our adoption process begins with an application, which can be submitted online or in person at our location. Once the application is approved, we will schedule a meeting between the prospective adopter and the pet they are interested in. If the meeting goes well, we will then proceed with the adoption process, which includes signing a contract and paying an adoption fee.

What kind of support and resources do you provide to new pet owners?

We provide a variety of resources and support to new pet owners, including information on pet care, advice on training and behavior, and access to our network of veterinarians and trainers. We also offer post-adoption counseling and support to help new pet owners adjust to life with their new pet.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

We understand that sometimes adoption may not work out, and we have a policy in place for returning adopted pets. If for any reason the adopter is unable to keep the pet, we ask that they contact us immediately. We will work with the adopter to find a suitable solution, which may include finding a new home for the pet or providing temporary foster care.

Can you provide references or testimonials from satisfied adopters?

Yes, we can provide references and testimonials from satisfied adopters. We have a number of satisfied adopters who have shared their experiences with us, and we are happy to provide their contact information so that prospective adopters can speak with them directly.

Maybe change the people who work your phones!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! the woman who answered the phone was so incredibly rude to me it’s just appalling, I called the store not knowing I had called the wrong place. She had NO Patience for me what so ever, starting to tell me the number to the branch I should call without checking if I was ready to take the number down or not, and then HUFFED AND PUFFED and had the most annoyed sigh when I said hold on I’m not ready, then she was so quick to say goodbye and I wanted to ask if they covered another question I had and she again sounded really annoyed and said yes and just hung up. You’d think that people who work for Charities like this would at least try to be nice.
