Excellent even for exotics. I have used Earls Hall vets for years, having taken a sick terrapin who recovered with antibiotics, ans more recently a sick tortoise. They are not an exotic specialist however they have been fantastic with mine and my tortoise is recovering very well currently. We had an issue and took him back. They changed the medication and were very understanding and professional about it. I would highly recommend and will continue to use.

Absolutely dreadful. If I had the emotional strength I would take legal action against them but it would not change the suffering my pet unnecessarily endured. Please do not let the same happen to you. They should not be allowed to practise.

Fantastic vets, have visited many times for my rabbits and they have saved their lives more than once from gut stasis. Many other vets call themselves rabbit savvy but they don't know what they are talking about. We have lost rabbits because of this. These guys are really amazing and experienced, they are friendly and polite and go above and beyond because they genuinely care about you and your animal. Would definitely recommend!
