The most disgusting gp in my opinion, to get an appointment even in a very short period of time, they make an appointment once a month, after a long time, when it is your turn, they tell lies that you should come in person, not by phone, and in the reminder message, it is not mentioned in person at all, worst of all Doctors, if they know what kind of bad conditions you have, do not cooperate at all and act like a normal patient and forget that they have been told that they should be referred to a specialist, they forget the repeated medications. All in all, I can say that I am terrible I was treated again with this GP

If someone calls a GP services asking for an appointment due to a mental health issue, common sense and decency would dictate that that person should be treated compassionately and supportively to help them deal with their enquiry. They should not be spoken to in a rude, dismissive, patronising and insensitive way. I manage 3 people in my line of work. If any of those people spoke to a customer in the way that one of the Earls Court Medical Centre receptionists spoke to my partner yesterday, they would be sacked. I appreciate that being an NHS receptionist is a difficult job, it’s certainly not one that I would be able to do and I have nothing but sympathy and admiration for those who perform this role with patience and professionalism. However, this does not excuse the kind of behaviour that my partner was subject to. I would certainly advise anyone to try and find a different GP services nearby before attempting to book an appointment here. (If anyone from the Earls Court Medical Centre wishes to reach out and discuss this further, I would be more than happy to)

I attended Earls Medical Centre this week for an Ultrasound Scan. Both of the Medical Professionals looking after me from Earls Court Medical Practice, were absolutely wonderful. They were so very professional and so kind and caring and they gave me so much support. I am so very grateful to the 2 Medical Professionals looking after me and their incredible care and support, just reinforces how incredible our NHS is and how very lucky we are to have the NHS. Thank you both so much!!

Tiffany, who answers the phone, claims that she's the manager. But what is she managing? I was on the phone for an hour during the Christmas period and there was no answer, most likely because the phone line was down. If it was down for the holiday period they should have put a notice on the automated voice message. I was supposed to be referred for an ultrasound scan but someone there told me that I had to book a consultation first. I did the consultation (and was told that it was not necessary) but received no notification about the referral. I've been struggling with a severe stomach pain over the holiday period. What are you people getting paid for? It's easy money when you do the minimum and are not held accountable.

The receptionist Molly is very very very rude, like Dr. Raj. People will not call if they are not sick or any of their family member, she should be patient and show respect and empathy. She has no telephone manners. I wonder why she got the job there. Dr. Raj is very rude and inhuman. She doesn’t know how to approach and treat her patients. She’s always angry, never had a good mood towards patients. I heard a lot of complaints about her. This clinic should have been closed long time ago but because the patients have so much respect to Dr. Periyasami the best GP in Earls Court Medical Centre they did not allow to close it. I have faith in God that one of these days this clinic will be closed because of Dr. Raj, an incompetent, useless, inhuman, disrespectful doctor I have ever met. The only positive thing I could say is about the nurse Gigi, she’s very accommodating and helpful. She should not wasted her time working there with incompetent people. Inshaalah!
