Keep away. The hostile tone of the management's responses to negative reviews on here tells you all you need to know about what to expect when you're in the store. They repeatedly play a (somewhat unfathomable in terms of its purpose - unless they think it makes them look important) game of claiming that prescription requests approved by GPs haven't been received on their system. This happened again this morning and when I said that I'd just come from seeing the GP, the prescription seemed to magically appear. (Not that I heard anyone say as much - I was just left standing there until the prescription was given to me.) Seriously, go to the pharmacy at Tesco on West Cromwell Road instead if you live in Earl's Court. (They text you when your prescription is ready, which this charmless lot don't.)

Went in to get medication otc for a cough caused by post nasal drip. At first sales assistant didn’t understand and called over pharmacist at my request. Pharmacist called Rami came over and couldn’t be less interested in me. Explained the issue to him and he told me that I would have to see a dr to get medication. For a symptom of a cold I would have to see a dr. I hope they look into their staff as it would affect business in the long run. This place deserves 0 stars however not possible.

Their staff and rude and uneducated on what you can buy over the counter WITHOUT a prescription. Do not use them, go to Boots next door where staff are actually qualified. I just tried to buy Hana which is a pill you can buy without a prescription and instead of simply saying they don't have any in stock, they just said that you cannot buy that over the counter and I would have to show them a prescription. Rude, ignorant and clearly not qualified. Also, look at how aggressive and unprofessional they are at answering other reviews on their incompetence - so insanely rude.
