Absolutely amazing service!!! Both my ears were blocked but my left one was completely blocked and couldn’t hear a thing. My partner called Michele and she arrived within an hour, explained everything in detail and was very gentle. I had a blocked ear for a week. I tried getting an appointment with numerous private clinics/ shops in Liverpool, Runcorn, Widnes, Warrington and Chester. Received the same reply .. No available appointments for next few weeks. Happened to find Ear2Clear ( Michelle) by googling mobile ear wax removal. Contacted Michelle, explained my situation ( totally unable to hear in left ear) As was working until 4pm monday to friday, asked her if she could visit me here in Runcorn on saturday. Michelle came as promised , even though Runcorn is outwith her normal radius!. She did a great job. I took the opportunity to have both ears cleaned out. £50 for both ears! A real bargain, cheaper by far than any of the private clinics / shops and done in the comfort of my own home too. A first class service by a very professional competent and likeable lady. Strongly recommend Michelle and her business. EXCELLENT!!!!

Excellent service from Michelle. I had a build up of earwax in both ears and my audiologist recommended ear wax removal. I called Michelle and she advised using Olive Oil for 3-4 days then on the agreed time and date Michelle arrived on time and carried out the ear wax removal. The procedure was explained to me and the removal was quick (literally took a few seconds per ear) and painless. Michelle was brilliant and would highly recommend Ear2Clear for ear wax removal.

After using otex drops for 5 days Michele came to my house after contacting her the night before. She was unable to remove the blockage due to pain and severe earache, Michele advised me to use olive oil for the next 3 days and she would come back which she did at no extra cost. I will definitely be using her again and would highly recommend her.
